This #10-179X window beltline weatherstrip material was used on many late 70's - 90's GM vehicles. Keep in mind this is a cut to length material. While the material is likely an exact match to the inner material on your 1977 Riviera, you should double check by comparing it to your originals and ordering samples online if still unsure. The corresponding outer material for your Riviera should be our 10-164X.
