These are an exact copy of the original GM parts used on the 2WD, 1/2 ton trucks listed. Has the inner fender ever been changed out due to an accident or for another reason? The inner fenders on these trucks I believe are interchangeable but the hole patterns & dust shields are not. Not sure why you are only seeing 6 holes.
