The adhesive commonly used for trunk gaskets is weatherstrip adhesive, often referred to as "weatherstrip glue." Popular options include 3M or IES Weatherstrip Adhesive or similar automotive-grade adhesives, which are designed to provide a strong, flexible, and waterproof bond between the gasket and the vehicle surface.
