No. This window beltline kit will not fit the 1964 Buick Special 4 Door, this kit is for the 2 door sedan only. I don't think anyone makes a kit for your 4 door so you will need to purchase the correct material and cut it to length. You can see all of the available materials using the link below. We will have a match to your originals, I am simply not 100% certain which it is. For this reason you will need to compare our options to your originals and order samples if necessary.
