Hi,
This part has been superceded by prt# 380239-S, which is not the same shape. It is cone-shaped rather than a mushroom shape. The head height is approximately 3/8" and the width is approximately 7/16". It has a 7/32" shaft on the insert so I assume this is for a 1/4" sheet metal hole.
