Hi,
The base is approximately 5-1/2" wide on the outside and 4" wide on the inside. The top opening in the boot is not rigid enough to hold its shape so it is hard to measure but the diameter of the opening appears to be about 2". The spacing for the xxxx holes is approximately 4-3/4" on center.
