Does this reproduction part 10-007B (vent window bumper) have a xxxx hole through the bottom??

Yes - this has a hole at the base for I believe what was originally a xxxx . The manufacturing process leaves a thin "skin" of rubber covering the hole but it is definitely there and you can simply push the xxxx through the rubber. These are USA made exactly as original.
